How Creative Labour handles the details you share when you enquire, book a discovery call or use this website.

Last updated 26 October 2026

Who we are

Creative Labour LLC provides creative, marketing and AI systems for service businesses. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. The privacy contact for this website is Henry, who can be reached at contact@creativelabour.com.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or book a discovery call, we collect the details you provide:

  • Enquiry forms — your name, business name, email, phone (if you provide it), website (if you provide it), your main priority and any free-text details you add about what you'd like help with.
  • Discovery call booking — the name and contact details you enter in the booking widget, and the date and time you select from the connected calendar.
  • Related communications — the content of emails and messages you send us about your enquiry or booking.
  • Submission metadata — the page URL, title and path you submitted from, a timestamp, and a browser, device or session identifier attached to the submission.
  • Campaign attribution — standard campaign parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and click identifiers from advertising platforms (such as gclid, fbclid, msclkid and ttclid) present when you arrive.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss your business.
  • To arrange a discovery call at a time that suits you.
  • To follow up in connection with your enquiry and manage our service relationship with you.

Submitting a form or booking a call lets us respond to that request. It is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Website enquiry and booking information is handled by the providers we use to run our website, forms, calendar, CRM and related communications:

  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — our website, forms, CRM, calendar and related communications. Its current provider list identifies hosting and communications in the United States and support in India. These providers can process data overseas. See the GoHighLevel sub-processors list.
  • Google Workspace / Google Meet — our business email, calendar and meetings. Information may be processed in countries where Google and its service providers operate. See the Google Workspace sub-processors list.

Provider lists explain where processing may happen and may change over time.

Website attribution and browser storage

This website captures limited attribution information from website links so we can understand which pages and campaigns people arrive from. This may include the campaign parameters and click identifiers listed above.

This attribution is stored in your browser. The first visit is stored in localStorage; the latest visit and click identifiers can be stored in both sessionStorage and localStorage. Attribution older than 90 days is no longer used; browser entries remain until cleared. You can clear this site's data or your browser storage at any time. Doing so does not remove an enquiry you have already submitted to our CRM.

Attribution does not include your personal contact details until you provide them in a form. External resources embedded on the site — such as web fonts or the booking widget — may receive your browser or connection information; that is separate from sending the contents of your enquiry.

Disclosure

We disclose your information to the service providers above, as needed to deliver the services you request, and where required to meet applicable legal obligations. We do not share your enquiry information with unrelated platforms.

Retention

For website enquiries that do not become clients, we delete or anonymise the enquiry 12 months after your last meaningful contact with us, except for records we need to keep for legal obligations or disputes.

Client records and any records we need for legal or dispute purposes are retained only as long as needed for their purpose and our applicable obligations. Our providers' own backup and deletion processes may take additional time, so we do not promise instant erasure everywhere.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to provide optional fields such as phone or website. To ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to make a complaint, contact Henry at contact@creativelabour.com.

Before disclosing personal information, we use proportionate identity verification. Henry acknowledges privacy requests within 7 business days and aims to resolve them within 30 calendar days. These are our service targets. If a request takes longer, we will explain why and set out the next steps. Your rights and the deletion of records are subject to applicable law and the records we need to keep.

If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may wish to raise it with a relevant privacy regulator where applicable to your circumstances. For information about complaints within the Australian privacy regulator's remit, see the OAIC privacy complaints guidance.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we do not guarantee absolute security.
