About these terms

This website is operated by Creative Labour LLC, trading as Creative Labour. You can contact us at contact@creativelabour.com.

These terms explain the use of this website and any enquiries or discovery-call bookings made through it. Paid services are governed by a separate proposal or service agreement agreed before work starts. Browsing this site or submitting an enquiry does not purchase services or accept a paid contract.

Website information and service scope

The pages on this site describe services that may be included in an agreed project. Availability, suitability, deliverables, timeline and any third-party connections are confirmed during scoping. We aim to keep information accurate and current — please ask us to confirm any details relevant to a decision.

Enquiries and discovery calls

When you submit an enquiry, provide accurate information and only information you are entitled to share. An enquiry requests contact and does not reserve a time. An appointment is confirmed only when the connected booking system confirms it — please check the timezone and confirmation details.

If your plans change, use the cancellation or rescheduling links provided or contact us. Any paid-service cancellation arrangements are set out in the relevant project agreement, subject to applicable law.

Fees and project agreements

Scope, fees, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule, any ongoing charges, advertising, platform or usage costs, changes, cancellation and any refund arrangements are set out in the relevant written proposal or agreement before you commit. These website terms do not impose minimum terms, automatic renewal or a blanket no-refunds policy.

AI, automation and outcomes

AI and automated systems can make mistakes and depend on approved information, configuration and the availability of third-party services. Human oversight and escalation are scoped with each project. Enquiries, bookings, rankings, citations, revenue and other results are not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes obligations or remedies that apply by law.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or send information you are not authorised to share. Avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for an initial enquiry.

Website content and intellectual property

Material on this website is owned by Creative Labour or used with permission. You may view and use it for personal or internal business evaluation. Please do not reproduce or distribute it commercially without permission unless an exception applies by law. Ownership and licensing of any client deliverables are set out in the separate project agreement and are not changed by these website terms.

Third-party services and links

External booking, communications and other providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and features can change. Our responsibility remains subject to applicable law and any agreed service obligations.

Privacy and browser storage

For details about the information we collect, how we use it, the service providers we work with, retention, your rights, and how attribution and browser storage work, see our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry or booking is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

Questions, concerns and updates

To discuss any concerns about these terms, contact us at contact@creativelabour.com. We may update these website terms by publishing a dated version; changes do not retrospectively vary an existing project agreement without the agreement or law required.

These terms apply to website use and enquiries. They are not a signed client-services agreement. For questions, email contact@creativelabour.com.
